Security Driver: The “New Norm”? Habits In and Around the Vehicle

The Coronavirus has changed our thoughts and feelings about how we conduct life. For many, this time is considered a temporary way until “The Norm” settles back in. But, what is “The Norm”? Will these life changes that society was forced to learn in a very short period of time make for a “new way”? Will lessons learned from the virus encourage our leaders and trend setters to reset our lives to the “New Norm”?

Less traffic helps the environment and reverses pollution’s negative effects. Working from home seems productive for many. Why not keep it going? Social distancing was already among us. Many older generations talked negatively about how generation Y and Z communicate through their cell phones. Well I can tell you that these younger generations adapted to social distancing changes way better than the baby boomers and Generation X. This virus has swept the world, taking thousands of lives, crippling the economy in many countries, killing many private small business, filling hospitals, making medical experts rethink the system, and finally, has brought the world to a stop. All the way down to an everyday family level, this virus changed the way we do life; from shopping, schooling, eating and mostly how we connect with other people. Face to face communication seems to be a thing that we “USED” to do.
