China Cannot Be Left Unchecked

When Xi Jinping came to power in China in 2013, he made crystal clear that he was on a collision course with the West. Xi said, “We have to get prepared for a long and tough period of competition between two political systems”. The West and the U.S. in particular hit the snooze button. Today the Corona Virus outbreak has shown how Beijing’s nefarious projects that include cover-ups and lies has cost the world hundreds of thousands of lives. China is on a war path and will stop at nothing to rebuild its lost empire.
Beijing has the world exactly where it wants to. The Communist Party feels emboldened and has seized the moment to advance its expansionist agenda in a time of utter turmoil with the Covid-19 pandemic that it has helped prosper.
So, in a combination of political, trade, financial blackmail and a major flexing of military muscles, China is moving relentlessly. For proof of that, the founder of Huawei’s- China’s industrial jewel-, declared war on the West as he urged workers to ‘surge forward, killing as you go, to blaze us a trail of blood’ in battle for supremacy. He said Huawei had 'entered a state of war' after a heated technology battle between China and the U.S.
